A Legacy of Partnership
Reimagined for Today

Charles Harbor Partners was formed through the blending of two complementary firms — the long-standing legacy of Fenway Consulting Group, a trusted name in the Boston market for more than two decades, and Harborside Advisory, a newer boutique practice focused on strategic talent and leadership solutions.

As Fenway’s founders and partners transitioned into retirement, the firm’s legacy continues under the leadership of Nick Brown and Mike Abasciano — longtime colleagues, trusted friends, and business partners who share a common vision: to build a firm centered on honesty, simplicity, and lasting relationships.

Charles Harbor Partners represents the next chapter — a modern, relationship-driven firm built on the strength of experience and the belief that the right people make all the difference.

Mike Abasciano, CPA

Partner & Co-Founder

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career in the assurance practices of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte before transitioning into consulting, where he worked for several large firms including Huron Consulting and FTI Consulting.

He brings significant experience advising executive management and counsel on a wide range of accounting, financial, forensic, and business matters. His background includes assisting clients and auditors with accounting restatements, assessing compliance and internal control structures, and providing technical accounting expertise across complex environments.
